A federal yes is not permission to sell.

Every state registers separately, on its own clock. The truck leaves Friday either way.

FREE Β· NO CALL REQUIREDThe Installation Pack The installation guide, the three-minute guide, label wall worksheet, the workflow board and the cards β€” 17 files, 19.1MB. What it takes to put this in, and what it refuses to do. Yours to keep whether or not we ever speak.

It downloads on this page the moment you submit β€” no waiting on an email. No call is booked and nothing is scheduled. If you want the free audit afterwards you have to ask for it.

THE PROBLEM

The Label Wall

The label folder is a spreadsheet and an email chain. Federal approval clears in about a day now, so labels pile up fast, and the state side moves at the speed of whoever remembers. Maine wants a brand registration and a completely separate container registration that lives in a different person's inbox.

HOW IT WORKS

Every step is named. The last one is a person.

This is the whole chain, in order. There is no step after the signature and no way to skip to it.

1 IT READS

Your COLA certificates, your state filings and the spreadsheet you already keep. It organises what exists; it does not ask you to re-enter it.

2 IT CHECKS

Every brand against every state, and the document and date sitting behind each yes.

3 IT PRINTS

The wall. Filled where a real registration exists, empty where nobody has checked β€” and those two are never merged.

4 A PERSON SHIPS

Approving a load stays a human call. The wall shows the state of play and then stops.

WHEN IT IS WRONG

Because sometimes it will be.

Every workflow gets something wrong eventually. Here is where this one does, so you can decide whether you can live with it. We would rather print ours than have you discover it.

IF A DOCUMENT IS MISSING

The cell stays empty and says so. Empty means unverified, never 'probably fine' and never 'no'.

IF A DATE IS UNCLEAR

It flags the registration for confirmation rather than assuming the renewal went through.

IF IT IS SIMPLY WRONG

You see it on the wall before the truck loads, because reading the wall is the step before loading.

WHAT IT CANNOT DO

File a registration, pay a fee, contact a state authority, or release a shipment.

WHAT COMES IN THE PACK

Everything the shop needs to decide, and to install.

17 files, 19.1MB. Yours to keep and to use, whether or not we ever speak. Nothing in it phones home, and nothing in it is a licence you have to renew.
