Nobody's job is to make sure the internet still agrees with the filing cabinet. So after an acquisition, a name change and a third branch, it stops agreeing in five places at once and no one notices. A homeowner who finds you through the manufacturer's dealer finder is sent to an address you left.
This is the whole chain, in order. There is no step after the signature and no way to skip to it.
The state registry, the trade-name filing, the manufacturer's dealer listing, the trade-association directory, the review profile and your own website. Each one is read as a public record and never written to; the registry lookup needs no login.
Every record is set beside the paperwork you actually filed. Each line carries the source it came from and the date it was read.
Agrees, disagrees, or could not be read. A source it could not open prints UNVERIFIED — it is never counted as clear.
One page per company, per quarter, dated. Three bands — FILING, TRADE, PUBLIC — and three columns: what the record says, what your filing says, and who fixes it.

It prints both sides, with the source and the date behind each. It does not decide which one is wrong — the third column names who fixes it, not what the truth is.
This one is PART FITTED. What varies by state is how much of the registry is machine-readable versus a form a person has to open — the audit establishes that before anything is promised, and until then those lines stay UNVERIFIED.
It never prints 'in good standing' without naming the source and the date it was fetched, and a record it could not read stays UNVERIFIED. It tells you which records disagree with your filing — being clear is not one of the three answers it has.
