For New England restoration contractors

Eight months of work can be denied over three photographs.

Not because the job was wrong. Because the file could not prove it was right.

FREE Β· NO CALL REQUIREDThe Installation Pack The installation guide, the three-minute guide, completeness checklist, the workflow board and the cards β€” 17 files, 18.5MB. What it takes to put this in, and what it refuses to do. Yours to keep whether or not we ever speak.

It downloads on this page the moment you submit β€” no waiting on an email. No call is booked and nothing is scheduled. If you want the free audit afterwards you have to ask for it.

THE PROBLEM

The Claim File Completeness Gate

A restoration job ends twice β€” once when the crew leaves, and once when the carrier pays. Between them sits the file. It has hundreds of photos, moisture readings, and sign-offs collected across months by different people, and it always LOOKS complete.

HOW IT WORKS

Every step is named. The last one is a person.

This is the whole chain, in order. There is no step after the signature and no way to skip to it.

1 IT READS

The job folder exactly as it stands β€” photos, moisture logs, equipment days, sign-offs and their dates. Nothing is re-entered and nothing is moved.

2 IT CHECKS

Every item against the carrier or TPA's own published documentation spec. The list they grade you on, not a list we invented.

3 IT PRINTS

One sheet naming what is missing and where. Not a score, not a percentage, not a confidence rating β€” the gaps, in plain words.

4 A PERSON SIGNS

The estimator reads the sheet and releases the packet. The workflow has no ability to submit, and that is deliberate.

WHEN IT IS WRONG

Because sometimes it will be.

Every workflow gets something wrong eventually. Here is where this one does, so you can decide whether you can live with it. We would rather print ours than have you discover it.

IF IT CANNOT READ A FILE

It prints MISSING. An unreadable photo or a corrupt scan is reported as unreadable β€” it is never counted as found.

IF IT IS UNSURE

It flags instead of guessing. Ambiguity goes on the sheet as ambiguity, for a person to settle.

IF IT IS SIMPLY WRONG

You find out at the review step, before anything leaves the building, because nothing leaves without that step.

WHAT IT CANNOT DO

Submit a claim, contact a carrier, alter a document, or close a job. It has no credentials to do any of them.

WHAT COMES IN THE PACK

Everything the shop needs to decide, and to install.

17 files, 18.5MB. Yours to keep and to use, whether or not we ever speak. Nothing in it phones home, and nothing in it is a licence you have to renew.
